Half Time Birmingham 0 West Brom 0

James Morrison, West Bromwich Albion, challenges Keith Fahey, Birmingham City

That sort of suits us. Not many chances so far, but Jerome missed with a hearer that I would have backed Zigic to score from. West Brom look much better organised at the back now Hodgson is in charge but his decision to start with both Vela and Odemwingie on the bench is perverse. Talking to a West Brom supporter earlier in the week, he reckoned Hodgson had left them out against Stoke to combat the aerial threat of Stoke's big men, so perhaps Woy is using the same tactics today.

West Brom have a habit of scoring late so if it is still 0-0 with 10 minutes to go, we could be in trouble!

Interesting to see Brunt and Thomas get involved in a pushing match. Is the pressure beginning to tell?

Ouch, West Brom have just taken the lead!

Phew, Birmingham have equalised within a minute!

Bloody hell, West Brom ahead again!

And Odemwingie has just missed an absolute sitter!

West Brom 3-1 ahead and coasting. The crisis deepens!
